When I started a personal training program with Reese Ashe, my main objective was to lose weight. Starting weight: 254 lbs. Three months later, having met with Reese three times per week and modifying diet, weight: 197 lbs! Total weight lost: 57 lbs.

My trainer, Guy Cragwell, has been kicking my butt and the amazing thing is that I am actually enjoying it! He was asking me during our last session if I knew of any friends who would love to give this kind of training a try. It is so much more fun (and so much cheaper!) to train as a group. So, I wanted to see if you would like to join me for one session- he is totally not a sales guy and will not ask you to buy more sessions, I promise.
