Michelle is always positive and spirited. Her workouts in Fit Club are definitely challenging but lots of fun. Michelle's creativity keeps me motivated to get up in the morning and go to the gym to "play." The scooters and hula-hoop obstacle courses mixes things up and you get a high energy, tough workout. I am a lot more fit and have more endurance since I started working out with Michelle.

When I started a personal training program with Reese Ashe, my main objective was to lose weight. Starting weight: 254 lbs. Three months later, having met with Reese three times per week and modifying diet, weight: 197 lbs! Total weight lost: 57 lbs.
Evan now continues to meet with Reese on a less frequent basis to maintain weight and stay motivated, and has learned to watch his calorie intake to stay on track. “Reese pushes you beyond your comfort zone, but in a supportive way - I highly recommend his program and will continue to work with Reese in the future!”
