As someone who has tried multiple different weight loss programs, I can honestly say Fit Club has given me to best results. Over six weeks, I was able to lose 13 pounds. Guy teaches the perfect combination of discipline and hard work, without any intimidation, that will help you reach your goals. Will there be pain? Yes. It will be worth it though. I used to be someone that dreaded going to the gym, but now I look forward to going and finding out what Guy has in store for the group.
Kim has been my personal trainer for almost two years. She has helped me reshape areas on which I wanted to focus. When I have talked to my doctors about Kim’s approach to training, they are highly complimentary about her being aware of my current limitations and working around them, never foolishly pushing me – even when I wanted to.
