When I started a personal training program with Reese Ashe, my main objective was to lose weight. Starting weight: 254 lbs. Three months later, having met with Reese three times per week and modifying diet, weight: 197 lbs! Total weight lost: 57 lbs.
Evan now continues to meet with Reese on a less frequent basis to maintain weight and stay motivated, and has learned to watch his calorie intake to stay on track. “Reese pushes you beyond your comfort zone, but in a supportive way - I highly recommend his program and will continue to work with Reese in the future!”

I wanted to share my feedback with you about the club and your team. #1-the club is great and the staff is wonderful. #2- I'd like to personally recognize the efforts of Reese Ashe and Donavon Israel; and to thank them both for their support prior to and during the Winter session of FitClub. My primary goal for FitClub was not to lose weight or inches. It was to adopt a healthier lifestyle by incorporating exercise and fitness into my daily routine.
