I started to work with Guy to increase my strength and decrease my stress and tension. I have found that when I workout regularly I have less stress and less general aches and pains. Guy keeps the workouts interesting and I never get bored because we never do the exact same workout twice. Guy is a highly skilled personal trainer. I have injuries that I need to work around and he is the first trainer I have had in 10 years to not only be familiar with my what injuries were but to know how to properly work around them.
My trainer, Guy Cragwell, has been kicking my butt and the amazing thing is that I am actually enjoying it! He was asking me during our last session if I knew of any friends who would love to give this kind of training a try. It is so much more fun (and so much cheaper!) to train as a group. So, I wanted to see if you would like to join me for one session- he is totally not a sales guy and will not ask you to buy more sessions, I promise. But you probably will fall in love with the workout, he is always doing something new.
