Deciding to work out with a personal trainer was one of the best decisions I have made. I have been working out with Michelle since Nov 2010. I couldn't have asked for a better personal trainer than her. Michelle keeps the workouts challenging but fun. She pushes you to the limits that you didn’t think you could reach and motivates to go further.
