SERVICES
Our fitness philosophy is based on the superior results we see consistently from programs that start with the coaching and advice of a certified professional trainer. This is not required but highly recommended so we offer a free training assessment to make the decision that much easier for you.
We have a variety of services that include:
Basic Membership Access to the facility for self directed programs. Come whenever you like and use the facility.
Fitness Classes - Scheduled classes such as spin and yoga which have a variety of times and instructors.
Group Training - Small groups working with a certified trainer at predetermined times in facility scheduled groups or in private groups at times chosen my the client and trainer.
Group Training Camps - Multi-week training camps which guide participants on a journey through a theme based programs such as Fit Club Weight Loss Program, Solid Start, or Boxing Clinic. These programs have different start dates throughout the year with the exception of a few like Fit Club which run all year.
Personal Training - One on One private training sessions with a certified personal trainer at times and days determined by the trainer and client.
For your comfort and convenience we also offer:
- Towel service
- Club charge accounts for dues, beverages, & personal training
- A membership cap to avoid over crowding
- Day passes & gift certificates for friends and family
