Certified Trainers offer an excellent basic introduction to maximizing your workouts.  This is the perfect way to establish a baseline and set reasonable fitness objectives used to define your program and achieve your goals.

Small Group Training

$50/hr

Join a group of up to 5 clients or form your own group to lower session cost, increase the fun factor and enjoy an instant support group. Working out in a small group helps you stay motivated and stay on track.  Achieve your goals by progressively increasing the intensity and complexity of your workouts.

Group Training

$25/hr

Several levels beyond group fitness, enrolling in our Group Training Programs, like TRX Camp, Sweat Shop, Bootcamp, Fight Club or Fit Club will help you achieve fitness objectives on a set schedule with up to 15 people in a group.  Some programs are related to athletic performance and endurance improvement, while others focus on weight loss.  The duration of these programs are 4 weeks each, with workouts 3 times per week.
