Become stronger, longer, leaner and move with greater ease.  Core strength is the foundation of Pilates.  When the core muscles are strengthened, they support the spine and movement.  As you develop core strength, you develop stability throughout your entire torso.  The six principles of Pilates are centering, control, flow, breath, precision and concentration.  With quality emphasized over quantity, there are not a lot of repetitions for each move.  All exercises are developed to make your Pilates workout safe and challenging for any level through various modification options.  Small hand and ankle weights are used to intensify workout.  All fitness levels welcome!
