OUTDOOR CLASS!  MEET AT CLUB FRONT DOOR FOR CHECK IN.  BRING WATER, TOWEL.  KEEP 6FT DISTANCE FROM OTHERS.  WEAR MASK IF POSSIBLE.  9 PARTICIPANTS MAX.  NO EQUIPMENT.   This intense 45min class combines full body resistance training with continuous cardio training in intervals to get your body sweating fast! D esigned to improve overall strength and endurance while challenging your body (and have fun!). All fitness levels welcome, many modifications will be offered.
