Biker Barre

Looking for long lean muscles but also need a good cardio blast all in one amazing class?  You are in luck!  Biker Barre combines an intense 20 minute ride followed by a barre series to burn your muscles into a sculpted masterpiece.  Barre moves consist of small pulsing movements with great attention to detail and form.  Focus on glutes (seat!), abs (tummy!), and upper arms (flab be gone!).  All fitness levels welcome and encouraged.
