Bootcamp Blast

OUTDOOR CLASS!  MEET AT CLUB FRONT DOOR FOR CHECK IN.  BRING WATER, TOWEL.  KEEP 6FT DISTANCE FROM OTHERS.  WEAR MASK.  9 PARTICIPANTS MAX.  NO EQUIPMENT. Work on total body strength and endurance through a series of high impact exercises mixed in with intervals of active rest periods.  All fitness levels welcome.  This is a 45 minute class.
