Yoga Energy Flow

Low impact full body workout focused on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility, mobility and coordination... while also releasing stress and welcoming gratitude.  Class starts with a short meditation, then flowing through an invigorating series of yoga postures- modifications are offered for beginners, all are welcome.  Set your intention in here and set yourself up for an amazing rest of the day!  Only 45 minutes- treat yourself!
