Bootcamp Quickie

Limited on time to burn all those calories?  This Bootcamp is for you!  Give us a 45mins and we will return the favor in sweat, fun and muscle fatigue.  Expect the unexpected, with a mix of plyometrics, weight lifting and core work that continually changes and challenges.  Modifications offered for any limitations, all fitness levels welcome. COVID: MAX 8 ppl, designated spots for easy distancing, masks required.
