Full body workout using high reps of light weights (EACH PARTICIPANT WILL HAVE THEIR OWN DISNIFECTED SET) with intervals to blend in a cardio blast! Weight lifting will develop and sculpt lean, athletic muscles, while short cardio bursts will pump up your heart health! All fitness levels welcome, modifications offered :)
DUE TO COVID, THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 9 MEMBERS. A DISTANCE OF 6FT MUST BE KEPT BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS. THIS CLASS IS OUTDOORS, THEREFORE WILL BE CANCELLED IF INCLEMENT WEATHER.
