Guy is a certified nutritionist who focuses on clients that require both nutritional counseling and strength training. Fitness is more than just a physical endeavor! In his time outside the club, Guy loves to travel and experience new cultures. He is passionate about learning new things, be it about fitness and nutrition or about languages, and exotic food.

Nikki is a motivator, bringing fun and levity to a seriously challenging endeavor. Nikki’s style is to effectively communicate the physical benefit of each exercise so that the client understands exactly what the work is looking to achieve. There are no set routines with Nikki, as she loves to innovate and make every work out a new challenge. Nikki is passionate about sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm to help others increase their quality of life through fitness. Nikki is a three time physique competitor, with the discipline and focus to attain placing on a national level.

Kim has been a major contributor to the Federal Hill Fitness team since its inception in 2002. As a Personal Trainer, Kim is unmatched in experience and latitude of knowledge. Kim is well known for training couples and groups as well as the go-to Trainer for injury related issues. She enjoys training clients of all ages and is always looking forward to the next challenge!

With over five years experience training, both in large clubs and small studios, Arthur offers a wide range of workout experiences. As an athlete and physique competitor, Arthur is a walking billboard for his craft. His passion for all things fitness and his extremely motivating personality make working with him a truly fun and effective experience. Arthur loves a good Bootcamp and is prepared to lean into that program by utilizing all the functional equipment available. Nancy Waring
Hailing from New York, Nancy brings an element of fresh ideas to the team. Although her focus is on working with seniors and specific mobility challenges, her client list includes people of all ages and abilities. Nancy’s devotion to total wellness has led her to start her own corporate outreach program, brining fitness, nutrition and mental stability to the workplace.

Noni Bell
Noni comes to us from a Physical Therapy background, having spent three years as a Therapy Assistant. Falling in love with the preventative aspect of therapy has led Noni to realizing her passion in Personal Training. Helping people never get into therapy is her goal! On a personal level, Noni loves power lifting and Olympic lifting, so if your intention is to gain strength and sculpt, Noni is right for you. She has a charming way of making even the most difficult moves bearable!

Oksana Koval-Tucker
ROksana is a triple threat, having started off in this industry as the area’s top Barre and Bootcamp instructor, she is now also a TRX specialist and ACE certified. She loves working with groups, particularly those training together toward a specific goal: wedding? reunion? post-baby? Ryan Green
Ryan is a Physical Therapist who has joined our team in a Personal Training capacity in order to work with those coming out of treatment after an injury or surgery. Once Physical Therapy is over, Ryan is your man.
While attentive to the actual injury, his motivation is to strengthen all musculature surrounding the injury for faster healing and prevention of future injuries or discomfort. All ailments and physical limitations welcome!
