In addition to her passion for all things fitness, it’s her positive attitude that differentiates Laura from the rest. Having worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels, she built her brand on injury rehabilitation and prevention. Laura thrives on designing the perfect program for each individual client that is not just aligned with their goals, but with their lifestyle. With fresh enthusiasm, Maya offers a wide range of workout experiences. Maya is uniquely skilled at building strength with poise and grace, building muscle without bulkiness. Her passion for all things fitness and her motivating personality make working with her a truly fun and effective experience. Maya loves teaching pilates, but also really enjoys a good Bootcamp and is prepared to lean into that program by utilizing all the functional equipment available. Rachel is an avid fitness enthusiast and loves sharing her passion for wellness with everyone she meets. Having graduated with a degree in Dance, you can count on her focus on posture, core strengthening and balance, but a fun surprise is that she is also very well versed on weight training. Parrish is a results-driven fitness coach specializing in high-intensity calisthenics, strength conditioning, and athletic performance. He blends advanced bodyweight skills with explosive strength work to build powerful, resilient athletes. Whether it’s mastering muscle-ups, strengthening pull-ups, or building elite work capacity, Parrish’s programs are designed to make you stronger, faster and more resilient. While that might sound intimidating to non-athletes, it’s important to note that one of Parrish’s main passions is helping beginners overcome fear and build confidence, developing proper mechanics and life long fitness enthusiasts.
